Terms of Service

Effective date: March 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Vestia mobile application ("the App") provided by Vestia ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Account

You must create an account to use Vestia. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

You may sign in using Apple Sign-In or email/password. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

2. The Service

Vestia is a wardrobe management and outfit planning app. The App allows you to:

• Photograph and catalog your clothing items
• Receive AI-generated outfit recommendations based on your wardrobe, weather, and calendar
• Plan outfits for the week
• Track what you wear

3. Subscriptions

Vestia offers free and premium tiers. Premium features include AI outfit generation, day regeneration, and photo analysis.

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy
• Pricing is displayed in the App before purchase

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and data you upload to Vestia. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload content that:

• Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal material
• Is not related to clothing or personal wardrobe items

5. AI-Generated Content

Outfit recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. These suggestions are provided as-is and may not always be suitable for your needs, context, or preferences. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated outfit recommendations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Abuse the API or attempt to bypass rate limits
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App

7. Availability

We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. AI features depend on third-party services (Anthropic, Apple WeatherKit) and may be temporarily unavailable if those services experience downtime.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App. Account deletion follows a 30-day grace period, after which all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vestia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to wardrobe decisions made based on AI recommendations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vestia operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
